Dome S101-Hb Judd ~ 2006 ~ Ebbro
At the 2006 edition of the legendary Le Mans 24h race, team Racing for Holland came with the "obsolete" Dome S101 Hybrid with a new Judd V10 engine. Hybrid means that the chassis was still consistent with the older LMP900 regulations, but the aerodynamics package were fully up to date with the new LMP1 regulations. The car's perfromance in quallies were pretty good and the team started from p6 on the grid.
Ebbro's model looks stunning especially because of the "soccer ball - like" livery of the dutch team. The car's mean look has been well replicated but, sadly, this model does not feature an opening rear hood. The headlights are well done also.
Overall the model is very good and if you collect such cars you should get one because it looks far more interesting than, let's say, an Audi R8 LM.
